Role Overview:

Saint-Gobain is looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk duties and support general office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also assisting with administrative and facilities-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries

Assist with meeting catering and boardroom bookings

Place supply and service orders; track progress and results

Order and maintain office stationery and equipment

Support the facilities team with admin and maintenance coordination

Handle clerical tasks like filing letters, invoices, and reports

Create and manage SAP purchase orders and maintain inventory records

Assist with supplier invoice payments and resolving related queries

Answer and direct calls via the switchboard


Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant qualification in Secretarial or Administrative fields

At least 1–2 years’ experience operating a switchboard

Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and diverse work environment

Preference will be given to persons with disabilities
