Location: Germiston, Gauteng.

Industry: Manufacturing (Food Processing).
Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
Experience: 1–2 years in a food manufacturing environment.
Health Requirement: Must be fit to work in cold conditions
Role Purpose
Provide general assistance in the production department, ensuring smooth food processing operations while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all plant areas, including equipment and shared spaces.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the production area neat and organized.
Inspect and accurately package processed food products.
Monitor and restock packaging materials.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety.
Conduct hygiene checks and report non-compliance to supervisors.
Assist with loading/unloading shipments.
Perform tasks or errands outside the plant when needed.
Support team operations to meet production goals.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification.
1–2 years’ relevant work experience in food manufacturing.
Ability to work in cold environments.
