Cabin Crew Opportunities – Emirates
Job Purpose
We’re looking for cabin crew members with warm, engaging personalities—people who can adapt quickly, make others feel comfortable, and confidently handle any situation.
As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the first person passengers turn to for assistance. You must be approachable, attentive, and ready to support customers throughout their journey.
This role is far more than serving passengers. Safety is the top priority. You’ll be expected to lead with confidence and take charge of onboard safety, security, and service procedures. Emirates provides world-class, intensive training at its modern training centre in Dubai to prepare you for these responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
To join our cabin crew team, you must meet the following requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team and with people from diverse backgrounds
Minimum education of Grade 12 / High School
Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
Minimum height of 160 cm and must be able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access onboard safety equipment
No visible tattoos while in uniform (tattoos cannot be covered with makeup or bandages)
Must be eligible for a UAE employment visa
Willing to relocate to Dubai

Salary & Benefits
Emirates offers a tax-free salary package consisting of:
Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month
Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour (average 80–100 flying hours monthly)
Estimated total monthly pay: AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280)
Additional benefits include:
Paid meal allowances during layovers (paid the following month)
Company-provided hotel accommodation
Free transport to and from the airport
Figures shown apply to Grade II (Economy Class) crew.
