Tracker has been South Africa’s leading vehicle tracking company since the 1990s. The company is looking for Acquisitions Agents to join its dynamic Call Centre team at the head office in Johannesburg.


Role Overview

The Acquisitions Agent is responsible for achieving sales and lead conversion targets by marketing Tracker’s products and services to new and existing customers.


Key Responsibilities

Market and sell Tracker products and value-added services.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls as part of sales campaigns.

Follow up on leads, queries, and potential cancellations.

Schedule and reschedule Tracker unit fitments.

Provide product information and professional support to customers.

Negotiate pricing and service options according to company strategy.

Maintain accurate administrative records and daily sales reports.

Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.

Provide feedback to management and other departments.

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric.

1–2 years’ call centre experience in a sales environment (essential).

RE5 and 120 FAIS credits (advantageous).

Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel).
