Admin Assistant

Location: City of Ekurhuleni
Remuneration: R 273288.00 to R 374820.00 – Basic salary per annum (plus benefits)

Requirements:
Grade 12
Certificate in Administration
2 years’ experience in an administration environment
Diploma in Administration will serve as an advantage


Responsibilities:
Coordinate all administrative duties of the council vehicles in the Depot
Compile, verify and barcode all movable asset register at the Depot
Responsible for the procurement and acquisition of goods and services
Receive and record all incoming mail and


ensure safe keeping of all files and records
Administer EMIS and ensure that reported complaints are attended to
Arrange meetings, take minutes and perform all administrative duties as intrusted by the Supervisor
Perform receptionist duties at the Depot
Update personnel files and maintain various registers
