SAPS DPCI is seeking skilled Administration Clerks to provide front-office and receptionist services at Head Office.


REQUIREMENTS:
Display competency in the post-specific functions.
Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) on NQF Level 4.
Knowledge of Batho Pele principles, telecommunication systems, and front office etiquette is essential.


Proficient in at least two official languages, one must be English.
South African citizen.
No previous convictions or cases pending.
Subject to vetting, security screening, and fingerprint verification.


Computer literacy, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills.
Appropriate/relevant experience, tertiary qualification, and developmental courses are advantageous.

DUTIES:
Provide receptionist support functions.
Attend to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls and direct them.


Render onsite and online receptionist services.
Maintain equipment, coordinate travel and meeting bookings.
Maintain telephone directory and relevant files.
Receive and re-route incoming mail and packages.


Ensure visitor verification and sign-in.
Maintain cleanliness and order of the reception area.
