The Administration Officer role supports the effective running of the court by managing administrative systems, coordinating financial and human resources functions, and ensuring that court support services operate efficiently.
The successful candidate will also be required to sign a performance agreement.
Who Should Apply
This position is suitable for candidates who meet the following requirements:
A three-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
Public Administration
Public Management
Or an equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of administration experience
Candidates should also have
Human Resource Management
Supply Chain Management
Risk Management
Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
Financial Management (Vote and Trust Account)
Departmental Financial Instructions
BAS and Justice Yellow Pages

Responsibilities:
The Administration Officer will be responsible for managing several administrative and operational functions within the court.
Key duties include:
Coordinating and managing financial and human resources within the office
Managing risk and security processes at the court
Supporting the strategic and business planning process
Overseeing criminal and civil court administration sections
Managing functions related to the Family Court and Supply Chain
Managing Third Party Funds and Vote Accounts
Coordinating support services for Case Flow Management and other court users
