Role Purpose
Provide full administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination of meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, travel (local & international), and meeting arrangements
Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, invoices, and expense claims
Monitor and respond to the General Manager’s emails in a timely manner
Maintain records, filing systems, and a contact database
Coordinate courier services, office supplies, and event logistics
Liaise with other GLI offices for information and operational support
Organize employee review schedules for the General Manager
Keep boardroom and training facilities stocked and prepared
Provide administrative assistance to other managers as needed
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all tasks
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
5+ years’ administrative experience
Valid driver’s license
Fluent in English
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, CRM, SharePoint)
Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
