Job Title: Administrator (Ref: XREAL011)


Department: Real Estate & Development Planning – City of Ekurhuleni


Contract: Temporary – 6 Months


Stipend: R5,850 per month


Closing Date: 26 August 2025

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

Post-matric qualification

South African citizen & resident of Ekurhuleni (specify ward number)

Unemployed and not part of another job creation programme in the last 6 months

Able to read, write, and follow instructions

Computer literate

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure smooth running of the project

Collect and submit timesheets, leave forms, attendance, and payment registers

Perform data capturing and general administration

Keep accurate records and store information correctly

Prepare and edit documents and reports to set standards

Ensure compliance with government legislation and data safety guidelines

Consolidate and submit weekly and monthly team reports

Verify data accuracy before submitting to the Project Manager
