Job Overview

FNB is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to provide reliable administrative support to the business unit. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities

Provide professional administrative support to ensure seamless departmental operations.

Manage costs and expenses within approved budgets.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams.

Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.

Deliver excellent customer service through proactive and innovative solutions.

Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and support implementation of required actions.

Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

Prepare timely and accurate management information reports.

Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and legislative requirements.

Support performance management, training, and development initiatives within the team.

Manage own development to enhance skills and effectiveness.


Requirements & Competencies

Relevant qualification and/or experience in administration, finance, or business support.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.
