About the Role:
The Administrator Costing is responsible for maximizing profitability in the Service Department by processing accurate costing and warranty claims according to OEM and dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims in line with OEM and dealership policies.
Liaise with service staff and OEM to resolve costing and warranty issues.
Coordinate campaigns and download relevant information from Partner Net.
Manage Service Core Processes (Gate 1–4: Checking, Quality Control, Costing).
Return defective parts to the manufacturer when required.
Minimum Requirements:
Higher Certificate / NQF Level 5 qualification.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Computer literacy.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or costing role.
Knowledge of VW Warranty and Costing procedures (advantageous).
Familiarity with OEM operating systems.
