Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient service delivery within the Sales team.


Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

3–5 years’ experience in a technical sales environment

Background in sales administration will be an advantage


Duties and Responsibilities

Comply with all SHE policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Assist with costing for products and spare parts

Help prepare and compile quotations

Manage all incoming queries from customers and suppliers

Prepare supplier order requisitions

Receive, confirm, and acknowledge customer orders

Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups

Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly sales reports

Assist in facilitating sales initiatives and interventions

Support coordination of monthly sales meetings

Capture enquiries on the CRM system

Track and schedule site visits

Assist with travel arrangements for the sales team

Coordinate communication and tasks between different sales departments

Consolidate reports and create dashboards
