Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to support our insurance sales team by managing and distributing incoming leads efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring that leads are
allocated promptly and accurately to the appropriate sales consultants, enabling optimal conversion and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, track, and distribute insurance leads
to the sales team based on predefined criteria (e.g., region, product, availability).
Maintained accurate records of lead allocation and follow-up status.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure timely feedback and updates on lead progress.
Monitor lead pipelines and escalate any delays or issues to management.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead distribution and performance metrics.
Assist with general administrative tasks
within the sales support function.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field – Advantageous
Experience:
1–2 years in an administrative role, preferably within an insurance or financial services environment.
Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools is beneficial.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
