Position: Assistant Director: Executive Support

Type: 1-year contract (Re-advertisement)
Salary: R468 459 per annum + 37% in lieu of benefits
Location: Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), Pretoria
Minimum Requirements:
A 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration, Public Management, or Public Administration.
4 years of experience:
2 years in an executive support role.
2 years at supervisory level.
Knowledge of key legislation: PSA, PFMA, PSR, LRA, BCEA, UIA, UICA, PAIA, PDA, POPIA.
Skills: Communication, computer literacy, time management, interpersonal skills, report writing, planning, analytical thinking, facilitation, and creativity.
Key Duties:
Coordinate responses to Parliamentary correspondence.
Support the implementation of oversight structure resolutions.
Provide secretariat support services.
Manage human, financial, and physical resources (equipment/assets).
