As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. Your role will involve providing excellent client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and helping them complete transactions on remote or self-service channels.

This hands-on experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in service consulting.


The selection process involves a few steps:
You will be required to complete assessments, which consist of up to four steps.
You may be invited to complete a video interview designed to learn more about your interest in the role and job-related skills.
If you are shortlisted after the assessments and interviews, background checks will be performed.


Requirements:
Must have a minimum requirement of Matric/Grade 12.
Must know about basic numeracy.
Must have good communication skills (written/verbal).
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
