Beier Group is offering unemployed Business Administration graduates a 12-month YES Learnership with a monthly stipend of R5,000. Sponsored by Beier Drawtex Healthcare, the programme gives young South Africans practical exposure to administrative support, document control, data capturing, office coordination and workplace systems.

Candidates must also:
Be unemployed
Be South African citizens
Be between 18 and 34 years old
Hold a Diploma in Business Administration
Be available for the full 12-month programme
Have never participated in a YES learnership before
Be willing to learn and work in a structured professional environment
Demonstrate good communication skills
Show discipline and good timekeeping
Successful learners will gain practical exposure to administrative functions and office-based support duties.
