RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive payments from customers and attend to specific payment or sale enquiries
Collect and count payment tendered, verifying totals against amounts due
Issue receipts reflecting amounts tendered and confirm recording with customers
Process payments efficiently and accurately according to company guidelines
Reconcile cash received against receipts issued by separating denominations and counting
Add amounts and verify cash totals against receipts used
Capture overnight cheque deposit details and print receipts
