Description
The Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the retail facility and related areas are clean, maintained and organised at all times according to SunBet’s operational excellence standards and procedural compliance.
Qualifications
▪︎ Grade 12 preferred or Grade 10 (with minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a cleaner)
Performance Areas
▪︎ Interact with clients and provide professional service standards and relevant solutions
▪︎ Handle any complaints, requests and / or suggestions to resolution, escalating if necessary
▪︎ Ensure that restrooms are clean at all times.
▪︎ Assist with betting information display in the betting hall.
▪︎ Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitised properly
▪︎ Replenish towels, soap and toilet paper in bathrooms on a regular basis
▪︎ Wipe down walls, doors and wall hangings using appropriate types of cleaners and cloth
▪︎ Check all chemical levels and inventory for cleaning.
