About the Role
FedEx is looking for a Clearance Administrator – Associate to join the team in Johannesburg. In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing important clearance and administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, identify any issues, and work with your team to resolve them quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Handle clearance and brokerage operations efficiently.
Process import and export documentation in line with customs and company regulations.
Support clearance and regulatory services to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver excellent customer service related to clearance activities.
Identify and resolve anomalies according to set rules and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Good planning and organisational skills.
Confident verbal and written communication.
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
