Role Overview
The Controller: WMS is responsible for managing and controlling warehouse stock through the Warehouse Management System. This role ensures accurate stock movement, system integrity, loss prevention, and improved warehouse productivity.


Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4)
Fluent in Business English
Advanced computer literacy
Willingness to travel off-site and stay overnight when required

Responsibilities
Manage and control stock using the WMS
Receive, dispatch, re-supply, and locate stock on the system
Oversee stock movement, re-packing, and stock level accuracy


Prevent shrinkage and stock losses
Maintain the warehouse system, including updates and new product setups


General Worker

Summary
The purpose of this position is to perform general production support duties within the Powder Factory, including shrink-wrapping, sorting damaged products, loading, cleaning,


and assisting with any other tasks as required by the Production team to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4


Business English: Fluent
Work in extreme conditions
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
Pass Readiness Assessments

Responsibilities
Complete basic tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures  


Handling products       
Comply with Health and Safety regulations.       
Maintain housekeeping standards.       
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management      


Storeman

Summary
Receive stock from service providers and issue stock to production.
Operate as a foklift driver in peak periods and over weekends.


Will have to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Willing to physically count stock and reconcile stock shortages
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4


Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level

Computer literacy (Basic) 


Artisan: Assistant

Summary
Clover is currently recruiting for an Artisan Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing semi skilled


maintenance tasks, assist millwrights during shifts, preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.
Requirements
•    Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4


•    Completed millwright theoretical modules (only practical outstanding)
•    Business English: Fluent
•    Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
•    Code 10 motor vehicle license


•    Computer literacy (Basic)
•    Experience in working with senior management
•    Work in confined spaces


Clerk: Debrief Process

Summary
Clover Cape Town has an exciting opportunity for a Clerk: Debrief B4, available to start as soon as possible. The purpose of this role is to ensure that drivers’ jobs are


thoroughly checked in order to identify any items of concern, improve driver administrative behaviour, simplify reconciliation processes, and provide accurate, timeous information to the Distribution Manager.
