We’re seeking a passionate recruiter to support the UK healthcare sector by sourcing and placing qualified professionals in home and complex care roles.

Key Duties:
Recruit and place nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers for home and complex care.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
Conduct interviews to assess suitability and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Collaborate with clients to understand staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Manage shift bookings and schedules to ensure seamless care.
Support candidates with onboarding, compliance, and training guidance.
Track recruitment performance and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
Prior experience in home care or complex care recruitment.
Solid knowledge of UK compliance processes (DBS, right-to-work, training).
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Compassionate, proactive approach to recruitment.
