Role Purpose
The Contract Administrative Support role is responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative assistance to the Account Team. This includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings and communication, and supporting daily operations to ensure seamless account management.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Matric (required); Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Support, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 2–3 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
Experience in real estate, facilities management, or professional services will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience using document management tools (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities
General Account Support
Provide administrative assistance to the Account Executive and broader team.
Maintain accurate filing systems and track document circulation.
Support onboarding and access for new team members.
Take and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on action items.
Track deliverables, reports, and correspondence using established systems.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, and stakeholder engagements.
Manage travel arrangements, expense submissions, and procurement requests.
Liaise with internal departments to support account-related tasks.
Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Workstreams Support
Manage and resolve estate management queries.
Conduct and administer stakeholder satisfaction surveys.
Support Transaction Managers with FICA checks and lease documentation.
Decision-Making Authority
This role is authorized to perform key administrative functions within the framework of CBRE Excellerate’s policies and the client’s approval procedures.
