Reports to: Team Leader – Queries & Loan Set


Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer support by managing queries, processing credits/debits/returns, handling complaints, and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service delivery.


Key Duties:

Maintain professional, customer-centric communication via phone and email.

Resolve queries efficiently, including complaints, stock shortages, and delays.

Accurate processing of credits, debits, and returns.

Follow up on customer returns and complaints for credit processing.

Ensure all BSMART & MITEL queries are actioned timeously.

Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve service delivery.

Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention.


Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) + Customer Service qualification/certificate.

3+ years’ experience using SAP.

Proficient in Office 365.

Previous customer service or sales experience (internal or external).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
