Role Purpose
Ensure the company maintains an accurate, up-to-date client database while delivering administrative and customer service support to the sales and service teams. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, updating records, and assisting with sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular telephonic contact with a dedicated portfolio of clients to strengthen relationships and promote service growth.
Capture and update client data accurately in the Metrofile system.
Provide sales teams with service data for both sales and operational purposes.
Prepare index reports and handle ad hoc reporting requests for documentation deliveries.
File and manage client contracts and related information systematically.
Conduct telesales activities for Category D & T clients.
Minimum Requirements
Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service Management, Customer Relationship Marketing, Sales, or Marketing Management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
2–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
Skilled in order capturing on a database system.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player who can also work independently.
Professional demeanour and strong business acumen.
Highly computer literate with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
