Concentrix is seeking energetic and experienced Customer Support Advisors to join an international telecommunications campaign.

Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
At least 12 months local telecom customer service experience with retentions/upselling
OR 6 months international customer service + 6 months local experience (with retentions/upsell)
OR 12 months tech support in a local campaign (with retentions/upsell)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Able to work night shifts (US business hours: 2pm – 4am)
Self-driven, reliable, and responsible

Manage and resolve escalated cases from start to finish
Ensure all work meets business SLA standards
Provide outstanding customer experiences with first contact resolution
Maintain and update accurate customer records
Share insights and updates with colleagues, managers, and customers
Follow compliance, governance, and information security protocols
Support team development by sharing knowledge and skills
Offer proactive solutions to customer concerns
