π Role Purpose:
Be the voice of DHL by delivering excellent support to customers through phone, email, and chat.
Handle bookings, enquiries, tracking, and problem resolution β all while ensuring world-class service and customer loyalty.
π§© Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
Book shipments, track parcels, resolve queries and technical issues
Monitor bookings for inbound and outbound shipments
Ensure follow-through and timely resolution of customer issues
Promote DHLβs value-added services and identify sales opportunities
Use DHL systems (MCT, SPARK, CSV, etc.) accurately
Meet KPIs like call quality, response time, and satisfaction scores
Work closely with other teams to resolve service exceptions
Log all interactions properly and follow internal procedures
Participate in team development and continuous improvement
π Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 Equivalent
At least 2 yearsβ experience in customer service (preferably in logistics/service industry)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong knowledge of DHL network (an advantage)
Comfortable using internal DHL systems
