Job description
Job Objectives:
▪︎ To ensure the accuracy of existing patient information/details to safeguard against duplications so that records are accurate and up to date
▪︎ To ensure that new patient files are loaded
onto the system by ensuring information is captured correctly and timeously
▪︎ To ensure that patients are contacted to confirm their delivery details while also ensuring any queries they might have are answered and followed up timeously
▪︎ To validate patient delivery addresses
