Job Purpose
The Dealer Support Consultant plays a key role in supporting automotive dealers to ensure their profiles, listings, and online performance are optimized for maximum visibility and lead generation. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize dealer profiles on AutoTrader to enhance visibility and effectiveness.
Regularly update dealer profiles to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Analyse market trends and data to suggest effective vehicle stocking strategies.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain excellent service levels.
Assist dealers with invoice and account-related queries.
Maintain compliance with service-level agreements and performance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve dealer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administration or Customer Support
Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating multiple web platforms
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
