Tracker is seeking Direct Sales Agents to join their Head Office team in Johannesburg.
The role involves delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities
Upsell and cross-sell Tracker products across different campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads or queries
Keep accurate customer interaction records
Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge
Develop and apply creative sales strategies
Ensure service standards are upheld in a high-pressure environment
Work overtime or Saturdays if required by management
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
1–2 years outbound call centre sales experience
Strong communication and telephone etiquette
Fast and accurate typing/data capturing skills
Computer literate with good analytical ability
Competitive, persuasive, and target-driven personality
Proven track record in sales
