Afrika Tikkun is seeking an experienced ECD Practitioner to deliver curriculum-based lessons, manage the classroom, and handle all ECD-related administration.
Key Duties:
Implement daily and weekly lesson plans
Manage learner behaviour and classroom environment
Monitor learner progress and report monthly
Maintain attendance records and support parent engagement
Ensure a safe, clean, and age-appropriate learning space
Requirements:
Matric and NQF Level 4 Certificate in ECD
2–3 years’ ECD experience
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Fluent in at least two languages
Passion for children and community development
