Reports to: CEO
Purpose:
To provide safe and efficient transportation for the CEO, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, planning optimal routes, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting with advertising-related deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport the CEO to and from destinations on schedule.
Plan routes considering traffic, weather, and construction delays.
Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain and refuel the vehicle; ensure all vehicle documents are up to date.
Assist with loading/offloading luggage, materials, and advertisements.
Liaise with the production team to deliver outdoor advertising materials.
Maintain logs for activities, mileage, and repairs.
Report any mechanical issues.
Requirements:
Matric (NQF 4).
Valid Driver’s License + PDP.
Clean driving record.
Knowledge of traffic laws and city routes.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
