Position Overview:
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Branch Manager.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
Further qualification in Office Administration or Public Relations is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Clear criminal record
A valid driver’s license would be an advantage
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages when necessary
Manage incoming correspondence, escalate queries, and provide updates to management and clients
Assist with compiling, updating, and filing various reports
Schedule meetings, manage diaries, and take meeting minutes
Welcome and host office visitors appropriately
Manage uniform orders and distribution
Assist with general office operations and staff support tasks
Liaise on behalf of the executive with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Adapt effectively to changing priorities
