Position: Reaction Officer.

Role Purpose
The Reaction Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met while delivering professional and efficient service to clients at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Matric/Grade 12.
Grade B PSIRA accreditation with Response.
At least 3 years’ experience in the security industry.
No criminal record and willingness to undergo regular checks.
Physically fit and medically healthy.
Computer literacy is an advantage.
Previous estate/residential security experience essential.
Must reside in Johannesburg.
Valid Code 8/10 Driver’s Licence.
Firearm competency for business purposes (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle).
Key Duties
Safeguarding property and people.
Conducting patrols and monitoring access points.
Handling entrance and exit control.
Responding promptly to alarms and incidents.
Writing reports and completing registers.
Carrying out duties as per standard security training.
Following instructions accurately and working effectively under pressure.
