Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time telematics alerts and respond according to internal protocols (e.g., speeding, sudden braking, collisions).
Analyze driver behavior trends and escalate issues where necessary.
Prepare and share daily and weekly fleet performance reports.
Investigate and resolve any technical problems related to telematics data (e.g., GPS errors, data gaps).
Keep accurate documentation of all telematics-related issues and resolutions.
Support the implementation of driver coaching programs based on collected data.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
Solid administrative capabilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective document management.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Awareness of compliance procedures.
Analytical mindset and ability to create reports.
Good problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and precision in admin tasks.
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6 AM – 6 PM and 6 PM – 6 AM).
