🍽️ Role Overview
We are looking for a Food Service Assistant / Cashier to join our team in Durbanville. The successful candidate will support our cooks and chefs with meal preparation, serve customers, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / National Certificate
1–2 years’ experience in a similar food service or catering role
A culinary qualification will be an added advantage
🧑🍳 Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of meals, especially salads and desserts
Serve food on the line (entrees, salads, desserts, beverages, etc.)
Keep the serving area clean, stocked, and presentable
Store and record food leftovers properly
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and serving areas
Perform reasonable additional duties as requested by management
