About the Role
Dunns, part of the Pepkor Speciality group, is looking for a dedicated P27 General Assistant to join their store in Eldorado Park. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, support store operations, and help achieve sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Support store management in day-to-day operations.
Protect company assets, including stock, cash, and property.
Ensure accurate stock handling, markdowns, lay-bys, and store administration.
Maintain effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Computer literacy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a team.
High level of integrity and initiative.
