General Worker – Pullen Nature Reserve (Wits University)
Location: Mpumalanga (Live-in position) | Closing Date: 31 December 2025
Pullen Nature Reserve is seeking a hardworking General Worker to assist with outdoor maintenance, infrastructure upkeep, and veld management.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / NQF 4
Minimum 2 years’ general labour or farm experience
Bush clearing and basic maintenance experience
Valid driver’s licence
Willing to live on-site and work weekends if required
Key Duties:
Bush clearing, invasive plant removal, and firebreak maintenance
Road, fence, and grounds maintenance
Basic building repairs, painting, and cleaning
Operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and machinery
Assist with facility preparation and general maintenance tasks
Working Conditions:
Manual outdoor work in hot conditions
On-site accommodation provided
