Position Overview
The College is looking for a committed, reliable, and enthusiastic Sports Co-Ordinator (Generalist) to join the team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple sports codes, coordinate coaches, and support the development of the school’s sports programme.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a minimum of three sporting codes.
Oversee and collaborate with external coaches.
Assist with sports-related service level agreements.
Support the sport house programmes.
Participate in the Physical Education (PE) programme.
Contribute to sports administration, including colours and comment processes.
Help plan and manage sports events, festivals, and tours.
Assist with day-to-day administration within the Sports Office.
Minimum Requirements
Post-matric qualification in Sport Management or Coaching (advantageous).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sport administration and coaching.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
SACE registration (advantageous).
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
