Description
Orders (compiling and placing orders):
Stock taking (food and equipments)
Stock keeping, issuing ingredients
Nutrition and menu planning
Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations
Cooking food for crèche
Liaising with suppliers
Generating quotation
Assist with or planning functions
Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date
Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date
Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.
