About the iStore IT Learnership
The iStore is looking for dynamic and customer-focused IT Learners to join its in-store technical teams.
Successful learners will work alongside experienced technical and retail professionals while assisting customers with their technology needs.
The programme also includes a six-week rotational training period, during which learners will gain exposure to different departments and business areas. This includes operations, systems, customer experience and technical support.
After the rotational period, learners will be placed into a store environment.
Applicants should be adaptable and willing to travel between stores when operational support is required.

What Will You Do?
As an IT Learner at the iStore, your responsibilities will include supporting customers with their technology-related needs.
You will assist customers with technical queries involving phones, laptops, tablets, accessories and other technology products.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting customers with technical queries
- Troubleshooting basic software and hardware problems
- Helping customers understand and use their devices
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting customers in-store and telephonically
- Escalating complex technical problems when necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer and repair records
- Working with store teams and technical specialists
- Participating in the structured rotational training programme
- Travelling between stores when required

Minimum Requirements
