About FirstRand Learnership Programme 2024 / 2025

The learner role is a developmental role in which the successful candidate will complete a formal, registered qualification while gaining work experience. During the period of employment, the learner will be responsible for delivering tasks in order to contribute to overall project objectives such as research, analysis, administration, process and project work that add value to the business areas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost efficiencies
• Deliver customer service through the application of learning experiences
• Deliver production standards through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
• Engage in activities for own development
• Improve knowledge and skills by enhancing performance to quality and service standards
• Manage own development to increase own competencies

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Unemployed youth aged 18 - 35
• South African citizen
