Location: Doha
About the role:
Support the requirements and the effective administration of document maintaining and logistical support to the Line Manager and the department, systematically improving and organising the filing system and database.
Coordinating documents as necessary with other departments.
Responsibilities :
• Assist in the general office duties, achieving timely and proper distribution of mail/documents; replenishment of office supplies,
routine filing, photocopying, and other routine functions as directed by the management
• Take Senior Management for meetings outside the office by company car as and when required
• Assist in maintaining sufficient stock levels of office /pantry supplies and services forms
• Assist clients/guests when required
• Distribute correspondences, mail, send faxes; record all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Arranges and prepares refreshments for meetings.
Qualifications:
• Qatar Light Motor Vehicle license is mandatory
• Ability to process and work with confidential information, self-manage assignments
• Assist the departmental needs by demonstrating excellent administrative capabilities
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures including proper telephone usage and filing
• Oral and written communication skills
• Basic interpersonal skills; ability to perform a full range of clerical tasks
