Description
● Attend all theoretical training sessions facilitated by the training provider
● Complete assessments, assignments, and Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) in line with W&RSETA requirements
▪︎ Perform workplace duties related to retail operations, including:
▪︎ Assisting customers and delivering basic customer service
▪︎ Merchandising and replenishing stock
Supporting point-of-sale (POS) operations (where applicable)
▪︎ Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
▪︎ Unemployed and eligible for a W&RSETA learnership
▪︎ Minimum qualification: Grade 12
▪︎ Basic numeracy and literacy skills
▪︎ South African citizen (as per funding requirements)
▪︎ Clear criminal record
▪︎ Willingness to work retail hours (including weekends/public holidays where applicable)
▪︎ Must not have completed an unemployed Learnership before
