We are in search of 7 newly graduated (2025) individuals looking to specialize in the Packaging field at our Centre of Excellence and Manufacturing Plants within Supply Chain.
Duration of Program: A 18-month period comprising of exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis Planning
Improvement projects and workplace exposure
Stand in periods for specific job roles
The business value-chain and core business fundamentals
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in the following fields: BSC Engineering
South African citizen
Good tertiary academic results
Computer Literate
Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.
Strong leadership capabilities
The person should have a strong performance
record that can be verified from past tasks and
assignments
Be able to effectively interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and education levels.
Have good analytical and problem resolving capabilities.
