About the Opportunity:
IQVIA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support their healthcare-focused marketing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and creative tasks in a dynamic and professional setting.
Main Responsibilities:
Offer general administrative assistance to the marketing team
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
Create and edit marketing documents, reports, and presentations
Keep marketing files, data, and systems up to date
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within marketing
Background in healthcare marketing is an advantage
Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant post-secondary qualification in marketing or administration
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken English for professional use
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Independent and solution-oriented, with the ability to work well in a team
