About the Programme
The YES 4 Youth Programme is a 12-month fixed-term workplace opportunity designed to help unemployed youth gain their first professional experience.South Africa jobs
Successful participants will be placed within Motus Retail operations, which form part of a major automotive group. Placements take place in dealerships, operational environments, and offices depending on the role.
The programme allows participants to learn how different departments function while building real workplace experience.
During the programme, participants may gain exposure to areas such as:
Sales
Workshop operations
Parts departments
Human Resources
Information Technology
Marketing
Finance
Administration
Warehousing or canopy manufacturing (in some locations)
Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen
Must be between 18 and 34 years old
Must be currently unemployed
Must have a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Must not have participated in the YES programme before
