Nedbank is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team as Call Centre Service Advisors in Johannesburg.

What You'll Do:  

  • Meet Call Targets: Answer 90% of calls within 60 seconds as per SLA, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly.  
  • Uphold Standards: Follow Nedbank’s values and processes, handling calls with honesty, integrity, and accountability.  
  • Resolve Queries:  Escalate unresolved queries to management, logging cases accurately for efficient resolution.  
  • Identify Opportunities:  Look for ways to improve processes, systems, and policies, supporting new initiatives.  
  • Keep Up to Date: Stay informed about risk standards and changes by reading and understanding updated manuals.  
  • Share Knowledge: Maintain knowledge-sharing practices with team members and stakeholders.  
  • Provide Feedback: Communicate necessary information to stakeholders and keep management informed.

What We're Looking For:  

  • Qualifications:  Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.  
  • Experience:  6-12 months experience in a call center environment.  
  • Skills:  Proficiency in administrative procedures and systems, business writing, and relevant software.  
  • Knowledge: Understanding banking, business principles, governance, risk, and controls.
