Job Purpose

Provide general administrative support and fulfilment services for Affluent Express, Private, and Prestige/Executive clients.

Handle account maintenance, investment rollovers, and portfolio management administration to ensure smooth client service delivery.


Minimum Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12)

Diploma in Business Commerce


Experience Required

3–4 years’ experience with banking products, processes, and systems

Knowledge of regulations governing financial services

Familiarity with bank policies and compliance requirements


Key Responsibilities

Deliver administrative services to high-value banking clients

Maintain client accounts and process investment rollovers

Support portfolio management tasks and related documentation

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of client requests
