A family is looking for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT & AU PAIR for their 18 years, 15 years, 13 years and 8 years old

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 08h00 – 17h00 / 18h00
Duties: An extremely dynamic, organised, fast paced and flexible candidate is required to assist with part Au Pair duties and mainly
Personal Assistant work for the mother. She often works from home and the home is an extension of her office. The mother is an extremely busy executive running multiple
companies. She needs a candidate that will be able to assist regarding the children with school transportation, extra-mural transportation, helping the youngest with homework, managing the children’s schedule, being an extra loving adult that they can rely on.
Over and above assistance with the children, the candidate will be assisting the mother with domestic management the includes but is not limited to running errands, organising shopping, management and organising of two
busy households, liaison between household staff and the mom, assisting with the scheduling of the domestic duties and seeing to the implementation thereof, assisting to ensure the proper functioning and
maintenance of the various domestic facilities, care and love of the family pets. The family pets are an integral part of the family and their care and wellbeing is a big priority for the mom. The candidate must love
animals and enjoy having them in her/his space. Particularly dogs.
Over and above assistance with the children, the candidate will be assisting the mother with personal and business admin that
includes but is not limited to management of her emails, appointments and schedules, document processing, management and filing, data capturing, laising with the other
business staff on behalf of the mom, answering the mom’s personal phone when she is in meeting.
Requirements:
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
