ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) learnership in Research and Development within PepsiCo.
The programme focuses on supporting R&D projects, including product testing, pilot plant trials, and production trials. You will assist technologists and contribute to low-complexity projects while gaining practical experience in food product development.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with research and development project execution
• Support pilot plant and production trials
• Conduct laboratory tests (salt, oil, moisture, density, particle size)
• Collect and analyse product samples
• Compile project timelines and reports
• Communicate with stakeholders on trial processes
• Support product development and scale-up activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with documentation and technical specifications
